Responsibilities:

* Lead the development of construction documents, including technical details
* Conduct thorough zoning and code reviews and lead project regulatory approvals
* Organize, prepare, and present design concepts and technical solutions to clients and stakeholders
* Lead and collaborate with project team members and consultants
* Contribute to mentorship, office culture, initiatives, and learning programs

Preferred Qualifications:

* Five or more years of experience in a professional architecture practice
* Architectural license
* LEED or Living Future accreditation preferred
* Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite
* Demonstrated ability to successfully lead the development of construction documents, including technical details
* Demonstrated experience navigating code and permitting processes
* Advanced design, visual, and graphic presentation skills including hand sketching
* Prior experience through all phases of a project from programming to construction
* Demonstrated experience working effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors
* Demonstrated knowledge of sustainable design through prior project work
