Patient Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Service Specialist to join our team at Springfield Hospital Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Efficiently manage the office environment to ensure a smooth and productive workflow.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Develop cross-functional skills in all areas of reception.
- Accurately and promptly register patients.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to patient and practice-specific inquiries.
- Operate and maintain office equipment with ease.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least six months of customer service and clerical experience, including computer operation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong typing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in database management, word processing, spreadsheet, and/or presentation software.
