Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement high-impact security solutions across the organization
  • Manage the implementation of security technologies for Tradeweb's enterprise technology
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across infrastructure, network, development, and business teams
  • Develop and enforce rigorous security standards and operational processes for AWS services
  • Configure and implement Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using SAML/OIDC protocols
  • Maintain best security practices on core infrastructure services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Remote Access, Email Gateway/Exchange Servers
  • Ensure compliance with best practice configuration standards in both Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Develop and enforce advanced security practices for containerized environments
  • Lead product selection efforts, including defining evaluation criteria and test plans
  • Work closely with business units and corporate partners to ensure technical security solutions are aligned with architectural frameworks and security standards
Requirements
  • 8+ years of cybersecurity engineering and administration experience in multiple cyber security domains
  • Expertise in AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, and S3, with strong cloud security skills
  • Strong knowledge in Active Directory, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Knowledge in firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, DDOS mitigation technologies, Web Proxies, WAF and Load Balancers
  • Deep knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, CSA, CIS, ISO27000 series) and industry best practices
  • Must have strong hands-on experience in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform with any of GitHub or Gitlab for CI/CD
  • Experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms (Splunk, ELK), logical thinking and ability to create searches, dashboards, etc. preferred
  • Deep knowledge in Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Strong critical thinking, deductive reasoning, and problem-solving skills
  • CISSP or equivalent certification preferred
