About the Role

The Custodian Department Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facilities maintenance and custodial department, ensuring that all facilities are safe, clean, and functional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee regular maintenance, upkeep, cleaning, and repair of all Gethsemane Community Fellowship facilities, equipment, buildings, property, and vehicles.
  • Delegate daily tasks to custodial and maintenance personnel.
  • Manage a team of custodial and maintenance personnel, including scheduling, performance reviews, evaluations, team building, and training.
  • Ensure all delegated tasks are completed for operational effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in custodial and maintenance work, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience.
