A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - PEST CONTROL SERVICE REP
In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service to our clients while ensuring the smooth operation of our pest control office. Your main responsibilities will include handling a high volume of calls, texts, emails, voicemails, and web inquiries, all while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our services to meet the unique needs of our customers. Your friendly and positive demeanor will shine through in every interaction as you address customer inquiries, proactively resolve issues, and aim to transform any dissatisfied customer into a satisfied one.
You will also be proactive in identifying potential improvements to our business practices to minimize customer cancellations. Maintaining open communication with management is essential to ensure we consistently meet our customers' expectations through exceptional service.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of verified experience in customer service within a call center or similar fast-paced environment
- Background in general office, customer service, or sales roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong telephone skills and professional etiquette
Familiarity with pest control, rodent management, or termite services is advantageous. Knowledge of relevant software and understanding service agreements and pricing strategies will also be beneficial. If you possess problem-solving skills, can maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic work environment, and are detail-oriented, you may be an ideal fit for this position.
