About the Role
You will play a key part in driving sales of Voya Investment Management strategies across various plans and firms, requiring effective collaboration with multiple teams to contribute to the team's success in raising and retaining assets. Key responsibilities include providing business development support, organizing prospect meetings, developing outreach plans, partnering with the Client Service team, and responding to prospect requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a dynamic, extroverted, self-starter with good relationship management, sales, and interpersonal skills. Qualified candidates may view this as a pathway to a client-facing role after demonstrated success over at least a 3-year period.
