About the Role

AnovaWorks PLLC is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Nursing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our occupational health nursing program, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our nursing team, providing direct nursing care as needed, and coordinating with other healthcare providers to ensure high-quality care is consistently provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the occupational health nursing team.
  • Provide direct nursing care, as needed, including initial health assessments and screenings for injuries, illnesses, and mandated occupational exams.
  • Coordinate with other healthcare providers to ensure appropriate and high-quality care is consistently provided.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as DOE contract requirements and AAAHC accreditation standards.
  • Participate in quality assurance programs to ensure records and reports meet all organizational and legal requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing required; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 4+ years nursing experience required, with at least 2+ years of management experience.
  • Occupational health nursing, urgent care clinic, or emergency department experience preferred.
  • Current, valid unrestricted Washington state RN license required, as well as current BLS and ACLS certifications.
