Overview:
At Health Connect America, we are passionate about providing quality care to individuals and families in need. As a Substance Abuse Coordinator Lead, you will play a critical role in managing our outpatient substance abuse programs and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Substance Abuse Coordinator Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, facilitating group sessions, and developing treatment plans. You will also assist in recruitment and supervision of staff, as well as establishing and maintaining relationships with community partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who possesses a master's degree in a human services discipline and at least 5 years of experience working with substance abuse clients. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:
Health Connect America offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and other voluntary insurance products. We also offer flexible scheduling, paid time off, and access to a Health Navigator and Health Savings Account.
