About the Role

At Charles Schwab, we're seeking a talented Investment Consultant to join our Branch Network team. As an Investment Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow within our organization, working closely with experienced Financial Consultants to build a book of business and deliver unparalleled value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with existing Schwab clients through outbound calls to uncover opportunities and position appropriate products and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through needs-based analysis and collaboration with Financial Consultants.
  • Learn and apply knowledge of brokerage and banking products and services to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • A valid and active Series 7 license is required (license may be obtained under a condition of employment through Branch Network Licensing Program).
  • A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license is required (license(s) may be obtained under a condition of employment).
  • A valid and active Life and Health Insurance license is required (may be obtained under a condition of employment).
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Ability to leverage business development experience.
  • Passion for gaining knowledge of brokerage and banking products and services.
  • Openness to building strong client relationships.
