About the Role

We are seeking a talented Web Producer to create, activate, and optimize best-in-class web experiences for candidates seeking hourly jobs with Amazon.

This role requires a sound understanding of UI/UX standards and responsive design, iterating and improving continually to improve the user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with key stakeholders to develop, publish, and manage online content using Amazon CMS technology.
  2. Apply knowledge of UX, UI, HTML/CSS, and Personalization/Automation to create engaging web experiences.
  3. Partner with engineering teams to solve website problems, find user experience opportunities, test new features, and serve as a liaison for the business's dev requests.
  4. Manage projects involving web experience updates, creating ways of working, and establishing program standards with the Head of Web Experience.
  5. Work cross-functionally to establish and maintain relationships with key partners and customers, especially Creative, UX, and Strategy.
  6. Create and manage a library of web templates, SOPs, and CMS job aides.
  7. Leverage analytics and insights to determine appropriate content, user flows, and timing for content refreshes.
  8. Consult with internal teams to help find solutions and guide them towards best practices.
  9. Communicate effectively up and down the leadership chain, including reporting to senior leaders, team project planning, and working with requestors directly.
  10. Exercise a high level of judgment to move requests through our internal workflow efficiently.
  11. Effectively anticipate issues and proactively help generate solutions.
  12. Test website functionality and check for errors or inconsistencies with rigorous quality standards.
  13. Implement and enforce ADA website standards.
  14. Recognize and implement SEO and Lifecycle marketing opportunities, working with these partners on related standards and best practices.
  15. Utilize Analytics and performance data to recommend and implement improvements.
About You

We are looking for an ambitious self-starter who loves solving tough problems and has a deep passion for building world-class customer experiences.

You will spend your day working cross-functionally to define, build, and test additions and updates to our web experience.

You will be authoring and publishing content directly in our CMS and maintaining digital assets.

You will be the voice of the candidate as you work with strategists, analysts, and designers to build the pages that move our users through the hiring process.

You will be communicating best practices, project updates, and strategic direction with partners and leadership.

You will work with the head of Web Experience to define standards and organize projects, helping to train and mentor a global Production team and ensure projects are moving forward.

Requirements
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams.
  • 4+ years experience in digital marketing and web production.
  • Mastery of HTML/CSS.
  • High proficiency with common content management tools, such as Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, Web Center Sites.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and comfort explaining projects to leadership or team leads.
  • Experience with project management & ticketing tools, such as JIRA, Workfront, Basecamp, or Asana.
  • Experience with web analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
  • Well organized and detail oriented.
  • Able to manage time and juggle competing priorities to execute high quality deliverables.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process.
  • UX design and research experience; Figma experience.
  • Proven track record of content management within a large enterprise.
  • Experience managing CMS or website production teams.
  • Experience with SQL and data visualization platforms, such as Tableau or Looker Studio.
  • Experience with A/B testing, personalization, and marketing automation programs like Marketo and Eloqua.
  • Experience slicing, optimizing, and exporting graphics.
  • Working knowledge of Javascript & Java.
