Using a data-driven approach, the Clinical Outcomes Specialist leads sustainable change to elevate nursing professional practice and ensure seamless, quality patient care across the continuum. The Clinical Outcomes Specialist applies influence across the three spheres of patient/family, staff, and system to transform healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate evidence-based practice implementation to improve quality care outcomes

Requirements:

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree required
