Position Summary:

The Technical Project Manager plays a pivotal role in connecting the Engineering teams with Product objectives. Reporting to the Product division, this position is tasked with ensuring that engineering initiatives align with product strategies and goals, facilitating a cohesive approach to project execution.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Project Development and Oversight: Create and oversee comprehensive project plans that reflect product strategies. Manage timelines, resources, and potential risks to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Engage closely with engineering teams to understand their workflows and processes. Promote effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders and departments.
  • Methodology Enhancement: Introduce and refine project management practices to boost team productivity and reduce administrative burdens on engineers.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between Engineering and Product teams, ensuring transparent communication regarding project objectives and progress. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, challenges, and results.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Technical Project Manager capacity or a related role, particularly in a product-focused environment.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, particularly Jira.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with hardware projects is a significant advantage.
