Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to oversee service orders and ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. The ideal candidate will have experience in CDK and possess excellent communication and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Order Management: Oversee service orders and flow of the Drive Lane to ensure customers receive prompt and effective service.
  • Customer Experience: Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression.
  • Concierge Support: Provide support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in-person, to ensure the customer does not get mishandled.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
  • Work Distribution: Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
  • Technical Support: Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Customer Success Index: Maintain the Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
  • Warranty Administration: Oversee administration of warranty claims and train and supervise the service department.
  • Company Policies: Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Factory Relations: Maintain good working relationships with factories and foster positive employee relations.

Requirements

  • CDK Experience: Must have experience in CDK.
  • Organizational Skills: Organized and friendly personality.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage others.
  • Time Management: Time management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Fantastic communication skills with customers.
  • Professional Appearance: Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
