Job Summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to provide exceptional guest experiences and drive sales in our stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging guests, conducting cashier tasks, maintaining store cleanliness, and completing tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging each guest, personalizing service to their needs, and answering questions about products and services.
  • Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and retail shrink.
  • Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service experiences.
  • Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events that deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
  • Maintain prompt, regular attendance and adhere to Ulta Beauty's policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
  • Proficient with basic technology, including Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
