About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Briskin, Cross & Sanford, LLC. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our law firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support to our attorneys and staff, including calendar management, document preparation, and data entry.
  • Manage client communications, including email and phone correspondence.
  • Assist with office inventory and supplies, including ordering and maintaining stock levels.
  • Maintain digital records and files, including scanning and organizing documents.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails, directing important information to the appropriate staff member.
  • Perform accounting tasks, including A/P and A/R management and invoice preparation.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience working as an administrative assistant in a law firm.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
