Job Overview

Careers at Hillpointe is seeking a meticulous and results-driven Operations Manager to join our esteemed team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of approved budgets and monthly financial reports, assisting in the overall budgeting process.
  • Assess the financial performance and health of each property, providing insightful feedback to senior management.
  • Track and enhance weekly performance metrics, communicating goals for improvement to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the transition of new properties, ensuring compliance with all associated processes and checklists.
  • Report any performance or compliance issues to senior management promptly.
  • Assist in achieving the company's growth and profitability objectives.
  • Ensure that all operations adhere to established quality assurance standards through the use of appropriate procedures and documentation.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and residents to promote the company's objectives and values.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service skills, treating all individuals with respect and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in property management is required.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and property management software.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel are essential.
