Job Opportunity

Detay Inc. is seeking experienced trade technicians to join our team. As a skilled trade technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Install new systems and fixtures according to codes and specifications.
  • Diagnose and repair issues, including leaks, blockages, and malfunctions.
  • Modify existing systems to accommodate new fixtures or changes in layout.
  • Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Respond to service calls, troubleshoot problems, and ensure customer satisfaction with repairs and installations.
  • Ensure all work complies with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment (up to 50 lbs.).
  • Skilled in using hand and power tools for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in various physical conditions, including confined spaces and at heights.
  • Ability to stand, crouch, and kneel for extended periods.
  • Capable of navigating job sites, climbing ladders, and working on uneven surfaces.
  • Good vision for precise measurements and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of four years of experience in a skilled trade or completion of an apprenticeship.
  • Proficiency in installation, repair, alteration, and servicing of systems relevant to your trade.
  • Strong knowledge of applicable codes, safety standards, and installation techniques.
