About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Landscape Construction Laborer. As a key member of our crew, you will play a vital role in helping us build beautiful landscapes for our high-end clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the construction of landscapes, including digging, planting, and installing hardscapes.
  • Operate skid steers and mini excavators as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in landscape construction or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate: $28.00+ per hour for experienced laborers, $25.00+ per hour for those with minimal experience.
  • Benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, after 90 days of employment.

Signing Bonus

We are offering a $1,000 signing bonus, paid out in three installments: $250 after 90 days, $250 after 180 days, and $500 after 9 months of employment.
