Job Title: Surgical Technologist

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join their team in Memphis, Tennessee.

Job Description

As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures. Your duties will include preparing the operating room, assisting surgeons and nurses, maintaining sterile conditions, and transporting patients to and from surgery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of the operating room and surgical equipment
  • Assistance to surgeons and nurses during procedures
  • Maintenance of sterile conditions and infection control
  • Transportation of patients to and from surgery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of recent acute Surg Tech experience
  • Nationally Certified in Surgical Technology (NBSTSA)
  • BLS Certification
  • Trauma Experience preferred, not required
  • Travel experience preferred, not required
