Job Title: Club Director

Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Club Director to lead our team in providing a world-class club experience for youth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing and managing the overall daily operations of our designated clubhouse, ensuring that our programs and services meet the needs of our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement programs and activities that promote academic success, healthy lifestyles, and better character and citizenship for our members.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality programs and services.
  • Manage facilities, equipment, and supplies to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our members.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with parents, community leaders, and organizations to support our mission and goals.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, as well as state and local regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a management role with demonstrated success in leading a team.
  • Ability to work regular Club hours, evenings, and some weekends.
  • High energy, driven, dedicated, motivated, confident, flexible, and creative.
