Club Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Club Director to lead our team at the Boys & Girls Club of St. Lucie County. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our club, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs and services to our members, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all.
Key Responsibilities- Program Development and Implementation: Develop and implement programs and services that align with the Boys & Girls Club of America's mission and goals, and meet the needs and interests of our members.
- Staff Supervision and Development: Supervise and develop a team of staff members, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality programs and services.
- Club Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the club, including facilities management, budgeting, and human resources.
- Community Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and members to promote the club's programs and services.
- Reporting and Evaluation: Compile and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, youth development, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a youth development or education setting.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of staff members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and members. Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement.
The Club Director will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interactions with staff, members, and community partners. The position requires strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
