We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative. This role involves appointment scheduling, creating purchase orders, and data management.

Pay and Benefits

The starting hourly wage is between $22-$27. Additional benefits include quarterly bonuses, which are tied to performance metrics. We offer comprehensive health, life, and disability insurance, a retirement plan, paid leave, and other employee perks.

Responsibilities

  • Appoint times for factory and warehouse visits using the Open Dock system.
  • Ask shipping costs for new client quotes.
  • Make purchase orders using Cietrade software.
  • Plan domestic truck pickups and move cargo when necessary.
  • Prepare invoices for sales orders.
  • Monitor progress by collecting tickets and filing paperwork in Cietrade.
  • Mail official tickets to vendors.
  • Check reports before sending to the finance department.
  • Enter load data into computer systems.

Prerequisites

  • Secondary education required.
  • At least two years' worth of customer support work.
  • Prior experience in production, transportation, or recycling can be beneficial.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish might be useful.
