Advanced Practice Practitioner (ARNP/PA) - Cardiothoracic Surgery
The University of Washington's Department of Surgery, specifically within the Division of Cardiothoracic Surgery, is looking for an Advanced Practice Practitioner to join their esteemed team. The ideal candidate will engage in both independent and collaborative patient management within the Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit (CTICU), working alongside a multidisciplinary team.
- Academic position with full-time commitment
- Deliver care to critically ill patients undergoing cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgical procedures
- Engage in quality enhancement initiatives and process improvement efforts
Essential Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure for ARNP or PA-C
- Graduate Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
- National certification as ARNP/PA with DEA registration
- Demonstrated experience in critical care and cardiothoracic patient management
- ACLS Certification
