">We are seeking a Licensed Health Insurance Advisor who will play a vital role in educating and guiding customers to select the insurance policies that best meet their needs.
">The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and interpersonal skills. Additionally, they should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

">Key responsibilities include:

- Providing information to customers about various healthcare options and insurance policies.">
- Helping customers choose the appropriate insurance policy that fits their needs.">
- Engaging with customers to understand their requirements and providing relevant solutions.">
- Ensuring that all activities and advice comply with insurance regulations and company policies.">
- Delivering high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.">
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding coverage, benefits, claims, and other insurance-related questions.">
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information and documentation.">
- Keeping abreast of changes in insurance regulations, healthcare policies, and market trends to provide accurate and current information to customers.">
- Promoting various insurance products and services to meet sales targets and business objectives.">
- Resolving any concerns that customers may have with their insurance policies.">
- Working closely with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and policy management.">
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to maintain licensure and improve skills.">
Requirements
">The ideal candidate for this position must hold a valid Healthcare Insurance License and have previous call center experience. They should also be able to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment and be dependable in completing assignments and maintaining attendance.
">Additional requirements include having a wired Ethernet connection with at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds and being willing to submit to background and security investigations.
">Salary and Benefits
">We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - 70,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
