">We are currently seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Licensed Health Insurance Advisor to join our team.
">In this role, you will be responsible for educating and guiding customers to select the insurance policies that best meet their needs.
">You will work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and policy management.
">The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
">Responsibilities and Requirements
">Key responsibilities include:

- Providing information to customers about various healthcare options and insurance policies.">
- Helping customers choose the appropriate insurance policy that fits their needs.">
- Engaging with customers to understand their requirements and providing relevant solutions.">
- Ensuring that all activities and advice comply with insurance regulations and company policies.">
- Delivering high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.">
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding coverage, benefits, claims, and other insurance-related questions.">
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information and documentation.">
- Keeping abreast of changes in insurance regulations, healthcare policies, and market trends to provide accurate and current information to customers.">
- Promoting various insurance products and services to meet sales targets and business objectives.">
- Resolving any concerns that customers may have with their insurance policies.">
- Working closely with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and policy management.">
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to maintain licensure and improve skills.">
The ideal candidate for this position must hold a valid Healthcare Insurance License and have previous call center experience.
">They should also be able to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment and be dependable in completing assignments and maintaining attendance.
">Additional requirements include having a wired Ethernet connection with at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds and being willing to submit to background and security investigations.
">Salary and Benefits
">We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - 80,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
