  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and documentation.
  • Stay abreast of changes in insurance regulations, healthcare policies, and market trends to provide accurate and current information to customers.
  • Promote various insurance products and services to meet sales targets and business objectives.
  • Resolve any concerns customers may have with their insurance policies.
  • Collaborate closely with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and policy management.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain licensure and improve skills.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • A valid Healthcare Insurance License is mandatory.
  • Previous call center experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is necessary.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are crucial.
  • Strong organizational abilities and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Flexibility, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and multitasking capabilities are highly valued.
  • Dependability and punctuality are expected.
