About the Role- Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure all activities and advice comply with insurance regulations and company policies.
- Deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding coverage, benefits, claims, and other insurance-related questions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and documentation.
- Stay abreast of changes in insurance regulations, healthcare policies, and market trends to provide accurate and current information to customers.
- Promote various insurance products and services to meet sales targets and business objectives.
- Resolve any concerns customers may have with their insurance policies.
- Collaborate closely with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and policy management.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain licensure and improve skills.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- A valid Healthcare Insurance License is mandatory.
- Previous call center experience is preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is necessary.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are crucial.
- Strong organizational abilities and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Flexibility, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and multitasking capabilities are highly valued.
- Dependability and punctuality are expected.
