The Role:

At Aisera, we are assembling a premier Customer Success team, where each member thrives on rapid progress, embraces challenges, and is dedicated to ensuring our clients achieve outstanding success. As a member of the Customer Success team, you will collaborate closely with internal engineering and product teams to bridge the gap between business needs and technology, assisting clients in realizing the potential of advanced Conversational AI. You will be instrumental in onboarding new clients by creating tailored workflows based on their specific needs to ensure they meet their desired business objectives with high satisfaction.

As a Customer Engineer (CE), you are expected to be innovative, a collaborative team player, and consistently exceed expectations in your role. This position offers high visibility and unlimited growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary technical liaison for clients.
  • Ensure Aisera has access to the necessary information from client backend systems.
  • Train the AI system to deliver optimal responses to inquiries.
  • Design workflows/RPAs tailored to client specifications (scripting knowledge required).
  • Address any technical issues reported by clients and collaborate with Engineering for resolutions.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer engineering, software development, or DevOps.
  • Experience in client-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as bash, Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, including making calls and troubleshooting errors.
  • Familiarity with security standards (authentication/authorization) and practices, including oAuth, SAML, and SSO.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.

Compensation:

At Aisera, we are committed to designing fair and transparent compensation structures. The base salary for this position is determined by the candidate's skills, expertise, and experience.

Salary Range:

BASE SALARY: $115,000-$130,000
