The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for our manufacturing IT site. This role requires a strong understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies, including networking, enterprise hosting, print services, and cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for our manufacturing IT site, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in business and technology services project support and performance metrics analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
- Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure technologies, including networking, enterprise hosting, print services, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
