Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer calls, scheduling services, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Schedule services and dispatch technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
  • Perform marketing functions to sell additional work and earn business
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, payment processing, and supply inventory management
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
  • Previous customer service and sales experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy with working knowledge of business software and spreadsheet applications
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
