About the Role

At Graphite GTC, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to spearhead transformative projects using our cutting-edge No-Code platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of large-scale software projects, driving major initiatives that underpin our strategic objectives in software innovation and IT consultancy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Direct and manage the entire lifecycle of software development projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, integrating their insights and expectations into project planning.
  • Communication: Develop comprehensive project plans including milestones, timelines, and resource allocation, along with detailed communication documents to keep all parties informed.
  • Resource Management: Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals, preparing detailed staffing and resource plans to ensure project efficiency.
  • Financial Management: Draft and submit budget proposals, and manage financial aspects of the project including recommended changes to the budget as project demands evolve.
  • Project Monitoring: Utilize project management tools to plan, schedule, and track project progress against milestones and deadlines, maintaining stringent control over project timelines.
  • Risk Management: Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure project continuity.
  • Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, fostering a collaborative team environment and ensuring accountability.
  • Agile Methodologies: Implement and lead Agile/Scrum methodologies within the project team, facilitating daily scrums, sprint reviews, and planning meetings to ensure agile practices are followed.
  • Technical Guidance: Leverage personal software development experience to provide technical guidance and support to the project team, ensuring technical challenges are addressed efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree in these fields or an MBA can be an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a technology-driven environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical foundation with understanding of software development processes and methodologies, especially Agile and Scrum. Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#, and web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Project Management Skills: Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster) is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to manage complex project budgets and timelines.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information in an understandable manner to all levels of the organization. Strong leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams towards achieving business and project objectives.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to perform risk management and change management on projects. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a knack for innovation and continuous improvement.
