Community Behavioral Health (CBH) is seeking a highly skilled Technical IT Project Manager to oversee and manage assigned IT projects in partnership with the CBH IT Department and CBH Project Management Office.
Key Responsibilities:- Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control assigned projects in alignment with CBH IT priorities and IT strategic planning processes.
- Ensure adherence to CBH policies and procedures to deliver high-quality work in a culturally competent and cost-effective manner.
- Develop and implement solutions to promote effective and efficient work processes and innovative programs.
- Assist in ensuring internal and external program integrity by reporting suspected instances of provider and employee fraud, waste, or abuse.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business management, or a relevant field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or willingness to obtain certification within 3 years of hire.
- PA Child Abuse Clearance required.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Information Technology, with prior experience in a social services/behavioral health, behavioral health managed care, or commercial insurance setting highly preferred.
- Leadership and team building abilities.
- Effective change management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and able to type at least 20 words per minute.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills and ability to multi-task.
