Vehicle Motion Control System Architect

We're looking for an exceptional Vehicle Motion Control System Architect to join our team at Ford Motor Company. In this role, you will design and develop innovative control strategies for our next-generation centralized vehicle motion control systems.
About the Role:
- Create and implement math and physics-based control strategies for lateral and longitudinal vehicle dynamics
- Collaborate with software integration teams to bring up core functions and broadcast software level requirements
- Understand functional safety principles and participate in analyses of complex vehicle subsystems
- Develop comprehensive test plans and perform thorough testing
