Customer Success Manager - SMB Segment

Pinwheel Corp is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our revenue organization, you will be responsible for fully owning customer relationships in our SMB segment, providing creative, proactive, and consultative support to ensure customer success and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the overall relationship for Tier 2 customers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure successful implementation and launch of Pinwheel's solutions.
  • Expand Net Revenue Retention (NRR) in your book of business by focusing on growing usage and partnering to uncover additional sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build Account Plans for key customers, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to department process and documentation, ensuring best practices and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide timely feedback to the Pinwheel product team to ensure internal alignment of customer needs.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Solutions at a high-growth startup.
  • Track record of delivering high-quality outputs and growing customer spend in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience providing technical guidance to customers, with a proven track record of working with APIs.
  • Strong presentation skills, with attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to travel, with approximately 20% of time spent on domestic travel.
