Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in various units and clinics, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your nursing skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
