Job Summary:

The Oncology Institute of Hope and Innovation is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Manager to lead our outpatient oncology clinics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our clinics, providing exceptional patient care, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, hire, and train new staff members
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive clinic performance
  • Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks
  • Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity
  • Act as a liaison between patients, families, and care staff
  • Plan and manage the clinic's budget and approve payroll
  • Perform quarterly and annual employee reviews and provide constructive feedback
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background
  • 4+ years of experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting
  • 4+ years of proven success in leadership roles
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment
  • Customer service orientation and ability to liaise with patients, families, and care providers
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to delegate tasks as needed
Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000-$80,000 USD. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
