Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, review, and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Perform accounts payable processing and ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Reconcile branch bank deposit accounts and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare monthly journal entries and financial reports
  • Assist with daily treasury management and banking transactions
  • Collect, review, and process tax-related data and reports
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Minimum of two years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, and data processing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
