Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive and personalized support to customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and management, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Utilize our proprietary technology, including Route Point software, to schedule and manage customer services, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and courteous manner, escalating complex cases to management as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
