About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Maximus. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

You will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in building strong relationships with our clients and providing them with a positive experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the team to ensure that clients receive the highest level of service and support
  • Utilize computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting
  • Provide feedback and input on call trends, processes, and training
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within established turnaround times
  • Ability to work as a member of a team and participate in internal training and certification programs
