Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Senior Accounting Specialist, you will be expected to:

  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting tasks, including reconciliations and the coordination and review of financial reports as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures while addressing any accounting-related challenges.
  • Perform monthly account analyses and roll-forwards of selected general ledger accounts to accurately reflect the financial position of the Division in line with company policies.
  • Review ledger details, record adjusting journal entries, and prepare supporting schedules for financial statements.
  • Assist with inquiries during audits.
  • Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and journal entries as required.
  • Focus on the continuous enhancement of established processes, controls, and documentation.
  • Support Quarterly Forecasting efforts.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Are You the Right Fit?

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • A minimum of 3 years of general accounting experience.
  • Knowledge of the real estate sector is advantageous.
  • CPA certification is a plus.
  • Proficient working knowledge of MS Office, accounting software, and databases.

FLSA Status: Exempt

Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing office or non-manual work directly related to management or general business operations.
  • Exercising independent judgment and discretion regarding significant matters.
