Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing professional customer service and anticipating customer requests
  • Representing the business center in a professional and courteous manner
  • Managing and growing all account relationships
  • Displaying and demonstrating product knowledge, emphasizing value-added features
  • Providing accurate estimates for customers and following up accordingly
  • Exhibiting knowledge of the print industry and understanding of all areas and functions performed within the business center


On the job training is available, and you will be required to attend sales meetings and maintain daily communication with management.


Additional responsibilities include managing and routing center incoming emails and phone calls, and performing other printing-related duties as needed.


Requirements include previous customer service experience, previous printing experience, and working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and project management software.


Preferred skills and abilities include strong analytical and customer service skills, high attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to solve problems and provide solutions, and demonstrated sales and printing industry skills.
