Job Title: Dietitian

We are seeking a highly skilled Dietitian to join our team at Senior Community Care of Northern KY-PACE. As a Dietitian, you will play a vital role in maintaining the optimal standard of care for our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible nutrition and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess nutritional needs and develop personalized care plans for residents
  • Coordinate with the Director of Dietary to ensure seamless food preparation and menu planning
  • Represent the department at committee meetings and participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and support
Requirements:
  • Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with various levels of staff, residents, and families
  • Proficiency in utilizing computers and electronic devices for tasks such as timekeeping and documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one year clinical nutrition experience in a geriatric healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of nutrition and dietetics principles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
