Position Overview:
Our client, a prominent player in the mortgage servicing sector, is seeking a Mortgage Operations Specialist for a hybrid position. This role is ideal for individuals with a solid understanding of the mortgage industry who are eager to take on new challenges.
Location: Hybrid role with remote work flexibility.
Compensation: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour.
Working Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (First Shift)
Education Requirement: High School Diploma.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address escalated billing and order concerns for major clients.
- Support offshore teams with property descriptions and audits.
- Oversee daily transactional output through effective work distribution.
- Mitigate escalations by resolving order-related issues.
- Conduct data analysis to derive insights and propose solutions.
- Experience in Mortgage, Appraisal, and Property Deed is preferred.
