The vacation rental division, Wautaga Property Management, plays a vital role in the resort's offerings.

We are seeking a Resort Condo Property Manager to oversee a diverse array of management tasks that come with the resort's unique real estate portfolio. The responsibilities of the Property Manager will include managing both vacation and residential properties, with a focus on timeshare and rental services.



Key Qualifications:

  • A valid NC Real Estate license with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in property management within the real estate sector.
  • Thorough understanding of NC real estate regulations, particularly the Vacation Rental Act and the Timeshare Act.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with property owners, guests, vendors, and POA Board members.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think creatively while collaborating with the broader resort team.
  • Proficient negotiation and interpersonal skills, particularly in conflict resolution.
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting experience, accounting knowledge, and analytical skills.
