  • Create and implement lesson plans to show modifications for differences in student learning styles.
  • Use analytics and data to drive instruction and promote learning.
  • Establish a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students.
  • Plan activities and projects that are relevant to the students' needs.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education with a Major or Minor in the certificate area.
  • Michigan Teaching Certification in Subject Content area.
  • Thorough knowledge of Michigan Core Curriculum.
  • Excellent Oral, Written, and Interpersonal Communication Skills.
  • Ability to work well in a culturally diverse setting.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software and other technology-based programs.
  • Flexible, open-minded, self-driven team member.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
