Manager, Finance Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to join our Finance Systems team at NBCUniversal. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of new financial systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and providing expert guidance to cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. They will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the implementation of new financial systems, including data migration and testing
  • Ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, including SAP and JIRA
  • Providing expert guidance to cross-functional teams, including Operations, Revenue Assurance, and Controllership
  • Developing and maintaining close relationships with technology system leads
  • Partnering with Operations, Revenue Assurance, and Controllership teams to understand Global TVD end-to-end scenarios for all deal types

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 3 years concentrated in Accounting and/or Finance
  • Advanced level MS Excel experience
  • Minimum 2 years in revenue recognition accounting
