Key Responsibilities:

Monitors outsourced labor programs and recommends adjustments when necessary
Assists with budget and vendor management of all programs and activities, including contracts and statements of work
Coordinates with budget owners to ensure programs meet objectives while expenditures remain within budget
Communicates with 3PL partners to reevaluate and optimize field coverage models and manage labor allocation
Manages schedules, budgeting of hours with internal field teams and 3PL labor
Manages procurement and shipments of equipment and supplies to 3PL labor teams
Develops and manages the 3PL onboarding process and training
