Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Applied Science or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in the Quality Engineering or Assurance domain.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities and customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to proactively identify issues and express concerns.
  • Demonstrated skills in problem-solving.
  • Excellent time management capabilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with data analysis, analytical interpretation, methodologies, and statistical analysis.
  • Capacity to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in an ISO9001 environment is preferred, or knowledge of ISO9001. Familiarity with similar quality systems such as AS9100, ISO13485, or IATF16949 is also advantageous.
  • Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques is preferred.
  • ASQ certification is a plus.
