About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our America's Field Marketing Team at JMP Statistical Discovery, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing.
  • Lead Generation and Nurturing: Identify and tailor marketing strategies to drive demo downloads and nurture existing leads in the Americas region.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of demand generation campaigns using key performance indicators such as lead conversion rates, cost per lead, and return-on-investment.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives.
  • Technology and Process Management: Leverage technology platforms to streamline processes and track lead progress.
Requirements
  • Marketing Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the software industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in key internal and external software applications, including ZoomInfo, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and HubSpot.
  • Education: A degree in marketing, business, computer science, or a related discipline.
