- Compliance and SHRM Standards: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with SHRM guidelines and federal, state, and local employment laws, staying updated on HR best practices and legal requirements to ensure the company's compliance.
- HR Operations and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation, assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies that support the company's objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on payroll and benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
