Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate clients and develop personalized treatment plans to address their unique needs and goals.
  • Implement occupational therapy treatment plans, providing education and guidance to clients and their families on skills and techniques required for participation in mobility activities.
  • Regularly reassess clients and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes in a home-based setting.
  • Utilize effective pain management techniques to enhance clients' overall well-being.
  • Foster clear communication with clients, their families, and healthcare team members to provide personalized and effective home-based care.
Requirements
  • Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist License.
  • 2+ years of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Valid New Jersey Driver's License.
  • Demonstrate unwavering professionalism with clients, team members, and families.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Showcase the ability to adeptly navigate as needed.
  • Must travel throughout Ocean County to service clients.
